Lemons and Oranges

When we arrived at our new apartment yesterday, in Sorrento,the first thing we noticed was all of the lemon and orange trees. Our landlord, Pasquale, showed us a lemon tree with some orange branches grafted into it, so it was half lemon tree and half orange tree. When we went into our apartment we had freshly picked oranges and lemons, and Pasquale picked more for us a while later. After Pasquale left, because he showed us around the apartment, we had a snack and one of those fresh oranges, it was really sweet. We didn't have any of the lemons because we didn't have any sugar to make lemonade and we didn't want to eat them plain, but we bought some sugar this evening, so we will have some lemonade tomorrow. Pasquale was really nice. He helped us with the wifi, and showed us his garden of avocado, walnut, lemon, and orange trees. He only had one walnut, and one avocado tree, and the lemon and orange combined tree. Today we had lemonade with the new sugar we bought. Yumm!

Moose lake minnie loge

The cross country skiing at moose lake was so much fun. We had. Lot of fun with the managers Scott, Kendra, and their one and a half year old son, Oliver. We stayed in the moose lake minnie loge.

All About Aria

Who am I?

 I'm Aria. I love animals and have two pets, a cat and a dog. I am 10 years old, I'm in grade 5 and like art, science, and social studies. I like singing by myself, but not in front of people. I had a great half year with an awesome teacher, Mrs. Funk. I will miss my friends and teacher when I go. Both my parents are teachers and are taking time off of work for my family to go to Europe. I went to school from the beginning of the year to February 7th. I love traveling and I think going to Europe is going to be so much fun.
